Lately in Room 2, we having been collecting and finding out about birdsnests. Last Friday we tried this recipe for birds nest cookies. We used coconut, condensed milk, chocolate and sugar, with yoghurt raisins for the eggs.
Guess what? They were delicious!
I've heard sooo much about these yummy birds nest, from Malia! They look fantastic and I bet they were fun to make.
